We have had a super fun and busy day in Year 3 today!!!! This morning started with looking at fruit seasonality, hand washing and hygiene, followed by taste testing fruits and spices. The children then decided what fruits and spices they wanted in their fruit crumble in preparation to make their crumble this afternoon. The children also designed a poster all about their fruit crumble!! Year 3 used their cutting and chopping skills and techniques to prepare their fruit, soften their fruit and make the crumble. The children all successfully made a fruit crumble to take home to enjoy with family. Fab work Year 3
